Huawei Nova 4 Launch Set for December 17, has a hole for the selfie camera

Huawei Nova 4 is expected to provide triple rear view cameras
To claim the Samsung A6s from Samsung, it was rumored to work on a smartphone with a similar design. The smartphone is called Nova 4 and should be equipped with a recess for the selfie camera. Now, the company has confirmed that the Huawei Nova 4 will be launched in China on December 17. In addition to the announcement, the company has published a poster showing the outline of the phone with the pinhole camera on the front.

Huawei has chosen Weibo to announce that the Huawei Nova 4 will be released on December 17th. The smartphone will hit the market in China and have a real display without a bezel without a notch. In the front camera, there is a small hole in the upper left corner of the screen where the sensor is located.

Concept Render was leaked by Ben Geskin a few days ago and suggests that the smartphone has a triple vertical camera setup and a gradient on the back. Expected specs include the latest Kirin 980 SoC, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of memory, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and running on Android 9 Pie Out-of-the-Box.

As a reminder, Samsung is expected to launch its Galaxy A8s in December, and the leaked renderings of the smartphone suggest that it also includes a display with a small section for the selfie camera. At the SDC, Samsung announced its new display plans, with the Infinity O-Display, had the hole design.

Huawei seems to compete with Samsung by launching a new smartphone with the same design as the Galaxy A8s. While Huawei has confirmed that the smartphone will hit the market on December 17, Samsung has yet to announce a launch date for the Galaxy A8s.
